Perhaps I should tell of my experience. I am currently pursuing my BS in computer science at Devry U, I have taken a Network+ class and a Security+ class. Now, when I took those, it was with the understanding that people taking those classes already had computer knowledge. I could pass the A+ test, but I never set aside the money to take it. I have taken apart countless laptops and desktops, done everything from motherboard replacement to case replacement to operating system reinstall. One thing that never fails: there is always something more to learn. I will never claim to know it all, and if I’m asked a question I answer to the best of my ability. I’m not afraid to say “I don’t know” because anyone who says they know it all is full of it.

This blog is going to be about the interesting things I have done and will do and anything else I find interesting in the world of technology. Names will not be mentioned, because I have the utmost respect for my clients’ privacy. If perchance one day you are reading these posts and you read about something that happened at your residence, rest assured that you are the only other one who will know it was you.
